This is to inform you that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
(MCA) has taken a “Green Initiative in the Corporate Governance”
by allowing paperless compliances by companies vide a circular
dated April 21, 2011 and allowed the Corporates to send their
Notices, Annual Reports etc., in electronic form and it will be
deemed to have complied with the provisions of Section 53 of the
Companies Act, 1956. In such a case, the company is required to
obtain email addresses of its members for sending the notice /
documents through email by giving an advance opportunity to
every shareholder to register his/ her email address and changes
therein, if any, from time to time with the company.
Keeping in view the underlying theme and the circular issued by MCA, we propose to send documents like the notice calling the annual general meeting, audited financial statements, directors’ report, auditors’ report etc. for the year ended March 31, 2012, in electronic form, to the email address provided by you and made available to us by the Depositories.
In case you desire to receive the documents mentioned above in
physical form, please inform us by clicking the button at the
bottom of this email for the same.
Please note that you will be entitled to be furnished, free of
cost, with a copy of the balance sheet of the company and all
other documents required by law to be attached thereto including
the profit and loss account and auditors’ report, upon receipt
of a requisition from you, any time, as a member of the Company.
